🧵 Made-to-Order Items

  • Jackets and leatherwear are made to order and require 1–5 working days for manufacturing.

  • These items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for made-to-order products — advance payment is required.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free delivery across Pakistan, except for remote or out-of-service areas.

  • Delivery time is typically 1–2 working days after manufacturing is complete.

  • Bugs & Lola is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural disruptions.

 

🔁 Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if:

    • The wrong size or color was sent

    • The product was manufactured incorrectly

  • Delivery charges for returns/exchanges are paid by the buyer

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer

  • All payments are processed securely

  • COD is available for select items only — not for jackets or leatherwear
